Sign up for Working with Negative Thoughts
This class was designed for people who completed Managing Mood with Mindfulness and wanted an opportunity to learn more about how to apply mindfulness skills to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. While there will be some new material, most of the four-week course will follow a workshop format where we explore skills and strategies for using meditation practice to reduce negative thoughts and emotions. As usual, expect home work of about 3 to 5 minutes a day.
